Business & Teacher Workshops

For more than 25 years, QPEC has conducted after-school four-hour workshops to promote closer links between business people and teachers.

The aim is to forge partnerships between schools and businesses, as they both face the challenges of surviving and thriving in an environment of rapid economic and social change.

The Business & Workshop Program encourages discussion on the major issues confronting teachers and school students as they plan future careers in the private sector. The workshops identify problem areas and bring educators and business representatives together to discuss and debate the issues.

The workshops are hosted by the Griffith Business School at campuses of Griffith University in Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast, and at other locations throughout Queensland.
